Great little video showing creativity or my new term now, curiosity, on how to coach the idea in a new way. The removal of the racket for a tennis player must be odd but the effect works! Thanks for sharing this.

Really enjoy reading the blogs and get a great deal of inspiration from them. However the video clips are a fantastic way of sharing ideas. Looking at other sports is really make me think about how I candle my rugby and basketball sessions
