    Young people’s lives are full of change. If you think about what change a young person faces between the ages of 11 to 25 years it is completely transforming. In collaboration with Sport England, UK Coaching (formerly sports coach UK) has created a short animation and accompanying support guide showing how to help with these life changes.

  • The Paradox of Athletic Identity; A Case Study on NFFC Academy
    With some previous research from my dissertation 3 years ago, I've released some of the findings on athletic identity which is a case study on 14-16 year olds at Nottingham Forest FC Academy facing career transition. The research highlights how career transition can still be positive if players possess a strong and broad athletic identity.
