Great piece. Reinforced by a piece in the Times yesterday on Stuart Lancaster's current work with development players in Yorkshire, where he stressed that so many factors need to be taken into account beyond size etc. The focus on attitude and mindset is something that through our work in business we see is being picked up more and more - a good example of an area where business is learning from sport. http://www.sportandbeyond.co.uk/blog/2016/3/23/the-holy-grail-of-identifying-and-developing-talent
