At the start of my coaching journey I never thought I would be coaching disabled young people. At least if you have some knowledge at the start, then you can go back and look at it when needed. Why is it a add/bolt on? To me it's like if a disabled person turns up then support and courses are available . Rather than a when a disabled person turns up I know how to support them :-)
